To elect a chair for the year 2024/25
It was proposed by Cllr Tom and seconded by Cllr Robin that Cllr Richard would be chair, who agreed. |

To elect a vice-chair for the year 2024/25 It was proposed by Cllr Richard and seconded by Cllr Tom that Cllr Robin would be vice chair, who agreed. |

2024/003 |
Approval of Minutes from 2023 AGM It was proposed by Cllr Tom and seconded by Cllr Richard that the minutes were to be approved. They will be signed by the Chair after the meeting. |

Chairman’s Report for the year 2023/24 Attached and available on www.southperrottparishcouncil.org The incoming Chair, Cllr Richard gave his and the council’s thanks to Jonathan and the other councillors for their time on the council. |

Financial Report for the Year 2023/2024 The annual accounts for the year 1 April 2023 – 31 March 2024 were reported as follows: Total Income for the year £6,385.33 Total Expenditure for the year £4,717.06 Balance in hand as at 31 March 2024 £6129.56 Full details will be available on the website shortly. The Clerk recorded her thanks to Mrs Angela Gillingham who once again carried out the internal audit. The accounts will now be sent for external audit. |
